We have just been alerted of an unauthorized Belgian firm registration and launch of:

and on multiple site(s) ; sever(s) ; domain(s) ; partner(s) ; provider(s) ; etc., containing our +20yr runnign firm and international and USPTO #90792690 and/or USPTO #90792857 copyright and trademark name(s), product line(s), and/or manufacturing & distribution partner(s) details which we have not authorized.

The firm has been defined itself as a professional education , training company , sales company and consulting company and in this is a direct conflict with our firms business and where we have operated and conducted business world wide and in Europe and in Belgium since 1995.

Unfortunately there is no phone number on the ignitiate.nl site it is disconnected / all electronic contact with the site is bouncing / the WhoIs contact details are obsecurified / missing thus it is possible unknown individuals have created / modified site details / are registering firm details and/or have inserted malware in servers(s) website(s), directory(s) without the knowledge of your organizations.

We have been aware of such activity since 2012 when we identified nefarious xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx related to our firms new product development work & thus internet search results related to our firm, product(s), client(s), partner(s) and/or team member(s) and which seems to once agian be the case here.

To this we are alerting kvk.nl company registration house, the Netherlands government as well as state and local authorities.
